Our inks and equipment are all tailored for your application. Dell's marking systems consist of one or more marking units, fluid delivery system, plus all of the electrical and/or air-logic controls necessary to automatically activate the markers and to integrate the marking process. Our engineers and chemists analyze marking requirements, including the production conditions under which the system must perform. Once the requirements have been determined, they design the system, assemble and pre-test the components.
Dell Marking Systems has been at the forefront of marking and coating technology for over forty years, offering engineered solutions for both marking systems and marking inks. System consists of a JIC enclosure with an electronic
programmable spray control board with pneumatic controls and
Marking trigger signals can be set manually or with an external
signal, and can easily be integrated into production processes.
Marking modes include dots, continuous lines, and pulsed
dots/lines. System requires 24VDC power and a momentary 24VDC closed contact signal to mark; minimum 80psi supply air required.
When the production process requires complex marking routines, the Dell marking system control units utilize standalone programmable logic controllers. Built complete to industry standards, includes electrical schematics and program documentation.
Marking Guns Service & Spare Parts
Spare parts, replacement and repair kits for standard marking guns are kept in stock at our Rochester Hills, Michigan facility. Dell also offers in house repair service; markers are disassembled, cleaned, repaired and tested. Documentation of rebuild will be provided, customers will be charged a nominal fee for the parts used and for service.
