Hot or cold workpiece, dry or oily surface, permanent or removable mark...whatever the marking conditions and requirements, Dell inks do the job. Inks are formulated for all types of marking applications including: manual marking, batch dipping and tumbling. A wide selection of colors is available. Any OSHA or industry requirements can be met.

Pigmented - Visible on almost any material, including dark part surfaces. Can be formulated to mark through, and/or be resistant to oil, grease, water, acidic or alkaline solutions.

Non-Pigmented - Gives you minimal film thickness, excellent visibility on bright surfaces can be attained. Will not settle or separate.

Water Reducible Marking Inks - Non-toxic, non-flammable. Can be permanent, or made to be removed by wash cycle. Available in both pigmented or non-pigmented formulas.

Special Marking Inks - Can be formulated for the following purposes:

• for detection by optical, fluorescent, UV, and color sensors.
  
• to withstand extremely high temperatures
  
• for resistance to specific chemicals
  
• to provide an extremely fast dry time
  
• for laser marking applications
  
• for special purposes, such as metric coding.

QP Jr's (Quickie Prep) - Low-Lint Solvent Saturated Wipes for cleaning marker tips, inkjet printheads and spray guns.

DPI 24 Inks - For batch type part dipping, spinning, tumbling, centrifuging, spraying or striping. Can be resistant to water, oil, grease, acid or caustic wash.
