Dell Marking Systems Marking Inks For Any Surface


Hot or cold part, dry or oily surface, permanent or removable mark... Dell Marking Systems inks will fulfill your requirements! Pigmented inks are available to mark through, and / or be resistant to oil, grease, water, acidic or alkaline solutions and they are visible on almost any material including dark surfaces. Non-pigmented inks provide minimal film thickness and excellent visibility on bright surfaces.

The Dell line of pigmented and non-pigmented inks is available for all types of automatic and manual applications. Special marking inks are available for detection by optical, fluorescent, UV and color sensors. Dell inks are formulated for all types of marking applications including manual marking, dip-spinning, hand-dipping, tumbling and low-pressure spray marking.

A wide selection of colors and formulations are available including ROHS compliant, low-VOC, lead and chrome free, solvent and water based inks.

Ink formulated for Dell's marking systems work effectively in non-Dell marking systems. Dell's inks have been known to improve productivity in non-Dell systems. Dell's inks are automotive manufacturer approved and any OSHA or industry requirement can be met.
