Dell Marking Systems Micro-Mini Marker Is The Smallest Air-Actuated Spray Gun On The Market


The Dell DS-10 low-pressure spray marker is available from Dell Marking Systems of Ferndale, Michigan. This micro-mini marker is a major innovation in marking technology. Its compact design allows for use where space is at a premium.

The DS-10 can be integrated into flexible automation systems, programmable robots or stacked in multiples.

Part identification is the ultimate quality control and recall prevention solution. Mark the 'good parts' and unmarked parts can be intercepted. Independent atomizing air and extremely quick response time produce a consistent, repeatable 3/16" minimum size spot. Dell gravity or pressurized feed systems supply marking Dell marking inks to the DS-10, enabling the DS-10 to be mounted at any altitude.

The Micro-Mini Marker's unique lightweight, self-cleaning design allows for marking ink recirculation trough the fluid chamber... a system exclusive to Dell Low-Pressure Spray Markers.
